Careers

We hire on profile,
not on headcount.

There's no quarterly hiring plan here. When we meet someone exceptional, we make room — that's how every person on this team arrived. If the profiles below sound like you, we want to hear from you, whether or not you saw a job ad.

Why here

The work most agencies don't let you do.

International accounts, real budgets

US, Australian and European clients, monthly budgets from $1,000 to seven figures, across e-commerce, lead gen and local. You'll see more auction diversity in a year here than in five at a single-market agency.

Tooling you won't find elsewhere

You'll work with the Aries Labs stack — semantic negatives, SKU routing, revenue reconciliation — and if you're the engineering type, you'll help build the next tool.

Senior mentorship, by design

Our model is senior-led: every account has a senior strategist whose job includes reviewing your work and explaining the why. You'll level up faster here because the structure forces it.

Who we look for

Profiles we're always open to.

These aren't job postings with deadlines — they're the standing bar. Meet it, and there's a conversation to have, any month of the year.

Senior Google Ads Specialist

You've run Search, Shopping and PMax at meaningful spend and can defend every structural choice you've ever made.

  • 5+ years hands-on in Google Ads, current certifications
  • Has personally managed $50K+/month accounts
  • Can read a search terms report like a P&L
  • Fluent English; French, German or Tagalog a plus

Data Analyst — Marketing

You turn raw platform data into decisions, and you're suspicious of every dashboard until you've reconciled it yourself.

  • Strong SQL; Python or Apps Script for automation
  • Google Ads API / GAQL experience a serious plus
  • Comfortable with GA4, BigQuery and attribution caveats
  • Can explain findings to a non-technical founder

E-commerce Feed Specialist

You know that on a large catalog, the feed is the campaign — and Merchant Center disapprovals don't scare you.

  • Deep Merchant Center and feed-rules experience
  • Has handled catalogs of 10,000+ SKUs
  • Understands margin, stock and price-competitiveness signals
  • Bonus: supplemental feeds, Content API, scripts

Google Ads Operations Associate

Earlier in your career, but serious about the craft. You'll execute on senior playbooks, with your work reviewed and explained — the fastest way to learn this job properly.

  • 1–3 years in Google Ads or strong analytical background
  • Certified, or willing to be within your first month
  • Detail-obsessed: one wrong negative match type bothers you
  • Hungry to grow into a strategist seat
How we hire

The bar is the process.

We'd rather leave a seat empty than lower it. Every candidate, junior or senior, goes through the same four steps.

Application review

A human reads every application. Show us real work — accounts, numbers, scripts — over adjectives.

Practical test

You'll analyze an anonymized account and tell us what you'd fix and why. There's no trick — it's the actual job.

Conversation with a founder

Not an HR screen. You'll talk shop with Kevin, Julien or Darleen — expect to disagree about something and defend it.

Paid trial brief

A short, paid, real-scope brief so both sides see what working together feels like before anyone commits.

Apply

Convince us in one message.

No cover-letter theater. Tell us what you've actually done — the account you turned around, the script you wrote, the feed you fixed — and link the proof.

  • Every application gets readBy a human, usually a founder. No keyword-filter black hole.
  • Honest timelinesIf it's not a fit right now, we'll say so — and we keep strong profiles on file for when it is.
  • Remote-friendly, hub-anchoredOperations are anchored in Manila with senior presence across France, Dubai and APAC time zones.
